All pets should have an annual wellness exam.   Physical examinations are very important in picking up conditions that need to be addressed while they are manageable and not disastrous.  

 

Wellness Exam visits are a great opportunity to discuss behavior, weight, dental health, diet, or any concerns that you may have for your pet.  Often during the visit, annual vaccinations are updated, and annual routine testing is performed.

 

Additional testing may be needed as your pet ages or as problems arise.  Preventives for heartworms, intestinal parasites, and fleas and ticks will also be addressed and tailored to each pet’s needs.
